How long have you worked at Hawkins for?

10 months but Estate Agency for over 7 years.

What was the property industry like when you first started and has it changed?

I started just after the market crash so I have seen the market recover and become more accessible to first time buyers.

What challenges do you face on a daily basis?

Being thought of as a ‘typical sales person’ when you are genuinely trying to people with their new life chapters.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

When the above perception is broken.

Dog or cat?


How do you unwind after work?

Long dog walks, family & friends time, binging on the latest box set.

Beauty and the Beast

What makes a good client?

Someone with an open mind and willing to listen even if they have done a lot of research themselves.

If you could give one piece of advice – what would it be?

Always keep your words soft and sweet, just in case you have to eat them.
