Phill. I’m only ever Phillip when I’m in trouble.
Valuer - agreeing marketing prices, advertising strategy, explaining the market conditions, saleability, buyers database, taking portfolio of pictures, completing the floorplan and dealing with the money laundering legislation
Wow. Very different. I remember the days of sticking photographs on the details that were given out to the public – thankfully that’s changed. Technology has moved on so much in the last few years. We now do virtual tours, floor-plans, have our own web based tv channel but the old fashioned customer service is still massively important.
oh, there’s lots. Dealing with clients that have higher expectations on price, squeezing appointments into the diary when people want them, overcoming the other estate agents that constantly over value and mislead.
I genuinely love my job and full of enthusiasm. The best thing would have to be when property sells and we manage to make clients dreams come true. There’s also the other side when circumstances are very different and we need to understand the situation following a separation, death or forced sale
Neither. Have had hamsters but they never last long !

Difficult, no idea. I’ll turn this into my favourite film. Top Gun. Just brilliant and watched so many times.
All clients are good. We do a great job with everyone whatever the circumstances.
Goodness me. Tricky one. If its work related I’d say ‘work with a trusted and reputable agent’. In life I’d say ‘ don’t regret anything’
